Product Description
Calcium stearate, white powder, insoluble in water, cold ethanol and ether, soluble in organic solvents such as hot benzene, benzene and turpentine, slightly soluble in hot ethanol and ether. When heated to 400ºC, slowly decomposed, flammable, in case of strong acid decomposition into stearic acid and the corresponding calcium salt, moisture absorption.
