Potassium citrate
Potassium citrate is white or yellowish crystal or crystalline powder. It tastes salty and has slightly deliquescence. Potassium citrate is readily soluble in water or glycerine, and almost insoluble in ethanol (Relative density 1.98, it will melt and decompose when heated to 230°C) .
Applicatoin:
For the food industry as a buffer, chelating agents, stabilizers, antioxidants, emulsifiers, flavorings and so on. Can be used for milk and dairy products, jelly, jam, meat, canned water gel dessert, cheese emulsification, fresh citrus, etc .; pharmaceutical industry for hypokalemia and potassium deficiency and alkalinization of urine. Can also be made into efficient compound fertilizer, but also for paper, gold and other industries.
