Application of calcium malate is an excellent food calcium nutrition enhancer. Examples of its applications are as follows:
1) A kind of chewable eggshell calcium malate tablets was prepared. The eggshell was dried naturally, crushed and sifted, and then treated with high pressure pulsed electric field after adding acid and water. The chewable tablet components included eggshell calcium malate powder, dextrin, starch, xylitol, malic acid, citric acid, magnesium stearate, sodium isovitamin, and fresh milk essence.
2) Prepare a new type of tofu coagulant, which is prepared by sodium malate, calcium malate, sodium succinate, calcium acetate, sodium tartrate, calcium lactate and magnesium citrate.
3) Prepare a premixed feed for improving bone density and eggshell quality of laying hens.
